Yes, the Tcp PointCloud Editor Register ribbon has tools for managing control points and calculating coordinate transformations by various methods, including 2D and 3D displacement, rotation, and translation, using parameters or points. It does not matter if the cloud comes from laser scanning, LIDAR or photogrammetry.
