It is probably due to an incompatibility of the graphics card or its driver with the application. It is recommended to update the graphics card driver to the latest version, as well as to run the DirectX diagnostic tests (run Windows Control Panel).
If it still doesn't work, you may have to buy a card with more features. Contact our technical support for more details.
