Tcp PointCloud Editor has a small integrated CAD, which allows you to do some operations with drawings:
- Import and export drawing (DWG / DXF), supporting points, lines and polylines
- Manage drawing layers
- Draw and erase basic entities (point, line, and polyline)
- Reference to point features (including those in point clouds), end point, midpoint, and nearest point
- Advanced operations on polylines
