Yes, Tcp PointCloud Editor allows you to export alignments, surfaces and meshes to IFC format in 2x3, 4, 4x1 or 4x3 versions. It also allows you to define sets of properties and associate them to the project, place or each element.
It is also possible to import IFC files that are represented as 3D models, and consult their properties from the table of contents.
