By means of a coordinate transformation calculated with the Local Systems command (Surveying module is required), which allows defining it from pairs of origin and destination points or by parameters.
Once the transformation has been calculated, points, coordinate files or drawings can be transformed with the commands of the same name from the Coordinate Systems menu.
