It depends on the type of errors. In most cases the slopes do not intersect with the original terrain, and it is usually enough to check the profiles that have caused errors with the Cross-sections > Review cross-sections command, completing the terrain with the tools for this purpose.
In other cases it may be necessary to edit the vertical alignment or sections, depending on the type of error.
