Using the command Project Polyline in Profile, within the longitudinal profiles menu. This option allows you to project a 3D polyline located with respect to a longitudinal obtained in the same coordinate system. To do this, it is necessary to have previously drawn the longitudinal line on which you want to project the polyline, and also specify the alignment.
