These errors are due to an incorrect arrangement of the alignments, so that they are not tangent to each other and therefore the azimuth does not vary continuously. Normally it occurs when there is a sequence of several straight lines in a row.
The way to solve it is by introducing a sequence of curves and / or spirals between the two lines. See commands Alignments > Adapt to Curve and Alignments > Adapt to Spiral.
