This is due to errors in the definition of the digital model or of the cartography used to obtain the profiles.
In the first case, the triangulation editing commands must be used so that the surface faithfully reflects the changes in slope of the terrain.
If cartography has been used, the elevations of some polylines are probably not consistent with the rest. You can use the tools in the Contours menu to edit its elevations.
